Cassie has worked in the orthodontic field since 2013. She joined iSmile Orthodontics in 2021. Cassie completed grad school receiving her MBA in June of 2025 and loves combining her passion for orthodontics with her formal business education.
Outside the office, Cassie enjoys time with her husband and their three daughters. Hiking, paddle boarding and going to Spokane Chiefs hockey games are some of her favorite hobbies. GO CHIEFS!
Yoshi
Treatment Coordinator
“I love getting to meet new patients and helping them start their journey towards a brighter smile!”
Yoshi joined the iSmile team in 2022 as a clinical technician and transitioned to her current role as Treatment Coordinator in early 2023. She meets all new patients at their initial
consultation and presents financial proposals, answers treatment questions, and follows up with pending patients as needed.
In her free time, Yoshi loves to play video games and take long walks with her husband, Jesy. Her weekends are spent busy with friends and family both here in Spokane and out of town. Yoshi loves to travel and enjoys the outdoors in all seasons. A self-proclaimed “foodie”, Yoshi is always on the hunt for a new restaurant and is willing to try anything at least once!

Financial Coordinator

Debbie joined iSmile Orthodontics in April 2019. She loves getting to know out wonderful families and working with our great team.
Away from work, Debbie most enjoys spending time with her family and friends, barbeques, pool and lake time, and traveling. She also likes being involved and volunteering in her church and community.
Maritza
Scheduling Coordinator

Maritza joined iSmile Orthodontics in 2020. Working in the front office, she schedules and confirms appointments and sends reminders. She also updates patients’ files, collects payments, handles the phones, and responds to emails.
Born and raised in California, Maritza moved to Spokane in 2005. In her time away from work, Maritza loves being with her family, going to movies, and having family barbeques.

Hi there! I’m an orthodontic assistant who’s all about bright smiles and good vibes. Whether I’m helping patients feel comfortable in the chair or cheering on a new set of braces, I love being part of the smile transformation journey.
When I’m off the clock, you’ll usually find me outside exploring a trail, camping, or soaking in some sunshine. And when the weather keeps me indoors? I’m probably cozied up with some yarn and a crochet hook, making something warm, cute, or just plain fun.

Kylie joined the iSmile team in October 2025, as an orthodontic assistant. Kylie’s hobbies include paddle boarding, camping and shopping. Outside of work Kylie loves to travel and spend time with family and friends.
Sidnie

Sidnie has been an orthodontic assistant since 2022 and joined the iSmile team in 2025. Sidnie is a Spokane native who enjoys hanging out with friends and family and being outdoors. When she’s not at work she enjoys going to the gym and traveling.

Meet Clyde, the charming and friendly orthodontic therapy dog. Clyde has a special talent for calming and comforting patients during their appointments.
With his gentle demeanor, he loves receiving head scratches and giving a friendly handshake to everyone he meets. Clyde's presence helps create a relaxing and positive experience, making every visit a little bit brighter.
