Office Manager

Cassie started working in orthodontics in 2013. She joined iSmile Orthodontics in 2021 and was the Treatment Coordinator until welcoming a baby in February 2023. She took an extended maternity leave to be at home with her family and finish school. After graduating college with a bachelor’s degree in business management, she returned as the Office Manager in July 2024.
Outside the office, Cassie enjoys time with her husband and their three daughters. Exploring the PNW and cooking are some of her favorite hobbies.
Yoshi
Treatment Coordinator

Yoshi joined the iSmile team in 2022 as a clinical technician and transitioned to her current role as Treatment Coordinator in early 2023. She meets all new patients at their initial
consultation and presents financial proposals, answers treatment questions, and follows up with pending patients as needed.
In her free time, Yoshi loves to play video games and take long walks with her husband, Jesy. Her weekends are spent busy with friends and family both here in Spokane and out of town. Yoshi loves to travel and enjoys the outdoors in all seasons. A self-proclaimed “foodie”, Yoshi is always on the hunt for a new restaurant and is willing to try anything at least once!
Cynthia
Clinical Assistant, OSHA/WISHA Officer

Cynthia has worked in the oral health field since 1999. She graduated from Nova Institute of Health Technology and is both a California Registered Dental Assistant and California
Orthodontic Assistant. She became part of the iSmile Orthodontics team in 2020, assisting Dr. Lauren with patient care and ensuring everyone has a great experience with us. Cynthia is also our OSHA and WISHA Officer.
A Southern California native, Cynthia, her husband, and three boys relocated to Washington in 2020 to be closer to her sister and her family. Enjoying the PNW, Cynthia likes hiking, bicycle rides, going to the lake, paddle boarding, and kayaking. Of course, being with her family, including her nieces and nephews, is a highlight of her life!
Debbie
Financial Coordinator

Debbie joined iSmile Orthodontics in April 2019. She loves getting to know out wonderful families and working with our great team.
Away from work, Debbie most enjoys spending time with her family and friends, barbeques, pool and lake time, and traveling. She also likes being involved and volunteering in her church and community.
Maritza
Scheduling Coordinator

Maritza joined iSmile Orthodontics in 2020. Working in the front office, she schedules and confirms appointments and sends reminders. She also updates patients’ files, collects payments, handles the phones, and responds to emails.
Born and raised in California, Maritza moved to Spokane in 2005. In her time away from work, Maritza loves being with her family, going to movies, and having family barbeques.
Sidney
Clinical Assistant

Sidney started her career in the dental field in 2018 and became part of the iSmile Orthodontics team in 2020. She works in the clinic, assisting Dr. Lauren with various procedures, including braces and Invisalign®.
Away from the office, Sidney enjoys painting, spending time with friends and family, and playing with her three dogs. She also loves to travel the world – and always has time to stop at a coffee shop.
Eris

Eris graduated from Concord College in 2018 for dental assisting. She joined the iSmile team in 2020. Some of her hobbies include hiking, thrifting, trying new places to eat and being at home with her family.
Sydney
Clinical Assistant

Sydney was born and raised in Spokane, WA. She joined the team in July 2023. Outside of the office, Sydney loves spending time with friends and family. She enjoys music, camping and traveling. She also has an awesome dog named, Shredder.
Clyde
Therapy Dog
Meet Clyde, the charming and friendly orthodontic therapy dog. Clyde has a special talent for calming and comforting patients during their appointments.
With his gentle demeanor, he loves receiving head scratches and giving a friendly handshake to everyone he meets. Clyde's presence helps create a relaxing and positive experience, making every visit a little bit brighter.
